About This Blog

I wanted to have a place to collect my annotated recipes and share some exciting cooking adventures. For those of you who know me, you know that I'm a complete klutz in the kitchen (and everywhere) but love to cook regardless. There may be pans falling, glasses breaking and flour strewn everywhere, but the finished product (almost) always turns out delicious. And since I've already lost my external hard drive twice, had my computer crash god knows how many times, and can never seem to find recipes when I write them down, I think the internet is the best place to save yummy new dishes and a few old favorites.
